Resolution #2009-4 Treasure State Endowment Program

The 2007 Legislature authorized a loan of $14-million from the Board of Investments to fund the entire list of Treasure State Endowment grant applications. If this loan is repaid in the coming biennium, available grant funds will be cut to less than $5-million.

Be it resolved that the League of Cities and Towns will support state repayment or extension of the term of the 2007 TSEP loan to assure that grant funds are available for deserving projects over the next two years.
